Roles & Responsibilities
- To help the Strategic Buyer, develop a ticket-based system.
- Create or update purchase documentation and communicate with the requester if there are any problems.
- In the system, create an RFX sourcing event and monitor the bid.
- Clear invoices and respond to inquiries about them.
- Expected to work on creating NDAs and onboarding vendors.
Requirements
- Any degree, but preferably in computer science, finance, or procurement.
- Eager to learn about procurement, supply chain management, and related topics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Enthusiasm for further development.
- Strong proficiency with programs like Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
