Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle requests for customer account modifications and endorsements that come in via the CRM.
- Keep in touch with clients to collect information and provide updates.
- Keep the CRM system’s data accurate.
- Work together with the Compliance and Customer Service departments.
- Provide management with reports on account adjustments.
- Find opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Experience in client account management.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems.
4. Strong communication and attention to detail.

Duration
The Reliance Securities internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.4,000 – 5,000 / month
