Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with hiring procedures, including interview scheduling and resume screening.
- Encourage the orientation and onboarding of new hires.
- Preserve HR documentation and guarantee data precision in HR systems.
- Support events and initiatives aimed at fostering employee involvement.
- Assist with performance management procedures, such as completing evaluations.
- Help with HR compliance tasks, including policy and procedure updates.
- Offer the HR team general administrative assistance.
