Roles & Responsibilities
- Working with engineers and L2 support to handle customer calls and provide solutions.
- Keeping an eye on service and network touchpoints in the NOC’s assigned work area.
- Tracking performance KPIs and keeping an eye on dashboards.
- Sending out team alerts in the event that any thresholds are crossed.
- Keeping an eye on trouble ticket (TT) notifications and resolving fundamental Level 1 (L1) problems.
- Coordinating utility, fiber, and other associated issues with the Circle team.
- Making certain that customer concerns are addressed within the specified SLA (Service Level Agreement) and TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Developing NOC operations and troubleshooting by creating MIS (Management Information System) reports and performing analysis.

Duration
The Reliance Jio internship will be for a period of 6 months.
