Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the achievement of store KPIs.
- Apply trend knowledge to each customer and advise them on -what suits them best- based on their wants, uniqueness, and product range.
- Assist with merchandising and ensuring that the atmosphere adheres to the brand’s standards and rules.
- Develop a ‘ownership mindset,’ looking for ways to contribute to variables affecting overall shop success and carving out a place for the store in the surrounding mall.
- Complete all tasks with the least amount of assistance from the shop manager.
- Work effectively with people from various backgrounds as part of a (multidisciplinary) team.
- Establish duties in collaboration with peers or other team members.
- Share information, ideas, and proposals in order to achieve common objectives.
- Support team decisions even if not in total agreement.
