Roles & Responsibilities
- Effectively evaluate the project or problem description, extract insightful information from internal data or industry benchmarking, and develop tenable suggestions or solutions.
- If feasible, suggest and/or supervise the project’s completion from start to finish.
- Communicate with stakeholders to guarantee that their project is completed on time.
- Build trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create partnerships that benefit both parties.
Requirements
- Working familiarity with analysis and reporting software, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the capacity to question accepted wisdom.
- The applicant must be enrolled in the first year of an MBA program at a prestigious B-School and pursuing a master’s degree in management.
- Should be open to work at a manufacturing plant.
- A minimum of 0–3 years of experience in a corporate setting, while candidates without any prior experience are still eligible for the internship.
