Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assessing people through the interview process
2. Conducting HR rounds of interviews mandatorily for all roles and quality assessment
3. Working on the pre-boarding process
4. Working on TA analytics, weekly, and monthly trackers of progress
5. Working on campus hiring for corporates
6. Partnering and coordinating with internal stakeholders and valuing their time invested
7. Working on tight deadlines
