About RedCarpetUp
RedCarpetUp is a Y Combinator 2015 startup that aims to revolutionise Indian banking and credit. We analyse alternative data sources and use them to help people in India build honest and long-term credit. We prefer to conceive of ourselves as the next generation of smartphone credit and banking. Our apps and APIs are the foundation of our business. We make loans where banks are unable to see them. We are India’s first credit company, providing credit cards and loans to people who would otherwise be unable to obtain them. Our app has close to half a million users.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with a team tasked with tying technology to a commercial purpose.
- Assisting our team in improving the profitability of existing product features in order to build new features for our fin-tech product.
- Assisting in the development of new ideas based on market research and building product features from current concepts.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with all levels of our organisation.
- Collaborating with a colleague in the engineering field.
- Managing the whole life cycle of a product line, from strategic planning to launch and feedback.
- Answering client contacts on a daily/weekly basis and receiving product feedback.
Location
This is a work from home internship opportunity.
Duration
The RedCarpetUp internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.20,000 – 25,000 / month
