Roles & Responsibilities
Ownership
Functions under the direction of Level 7 or above
Under supervision, possesses a portion of the product and participates in the development of minor features. Product Sense
Understands users and asks the appropriate questions
A feeling of user empathy starts to emerge.
Understand (and add to) the vision/strategy of the product (s)he is working on
Participates in and comprehends the product process
Able to write PRDs with assistance
Data
Capable of basic data analysis
Able to acquire and apply the necessary data analysis tools
Requirements
- One to two years of total labor and/or product experience.
- Previous experience: Recent college graduates (who are typically engineering, humanities, or design students), interns, or professionals in other domains who wish to switch to product management, including data/tech/design/program management
