Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee numerous staff initiatives and create scalable, long-lasting models using a variety of activities, webinars, and events.
Work together with different employee resource groups and coordinate execution initiatives.
Adopt a data-driven strategy for engagement and benefits that includes tracking survey findings and regularly evaluating the influence and efficacy of associated initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience working in HR, consulting, or other customer-facing capacity in the past Good knowledge of hiring for IT and non-IT
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Mandate: Demonstration of proficiency with Linkedin and the Naukri portal in a previous organization during an internship
