Roles & Responsibilities
1. Working on the end-to-end management of performance helpdesk and managing queries around all processes
2. Handling the performance management tool and ensuring timely and effective resolution for the employees and their queries
3. Working as a data custodian to all the reports related to performance evaluation to help the team with any data point when required
4. Working on special data requests/tasks given and ensuring timely completion of the task
