Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Execution of Projects
Oversee the project’s implementation to make that all deadlines and budgetary constraints are fulfilled.
Determine and fix any project delays or obstacles. - Integration of Systems and Automation
Manage the automation equipment’s configuration and integration, and work with OEMs to set up OMS, WMS, TMS, and other crucial systems. - Launching the Site and Streamlining Operations
Assist the go-live process by making sure the team is trained and all systems are up and running.
Provide reporting systems and operational frameworks for continuing observation. - Alignment across teams
Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders is necessary for the setup of a new warehouse and transition. The incumbent must coordinate with all company stakeholders, the 3PL, and the developer to ensure that the transition can be completed efficiently and without affecting sales.
Requirements
- Operations or supply chain bachelor’s or master’s degree with familiarity with ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Relocating to Gurgaon is possible.
