Roles & Responsibilities

  • Creating and sustaining a fruitful long-term connection with your client.
  • Acquire a thorough grasp of the wants and expectations of your customers.
  • Learn all there is to know about shoppers, categories, and the market.
  • Adapting and improving country commercial rules to meet the needs of your unique customer.
  • Negotiating contracts, promo plans and innovations.
  • Preparing forecasts and strategies for volume.
  • Working in close collaboration with teams from different departments;
  • Resolve any difficulties or problems that your customers may have, and serve as a liaison between your customers and internal departments.

Expectation from the Internship

  • From day one as a Sales Intern, you will be given substantial tasks. You are responsible for sustaining and rapidly expanding a long-term relationship with our customer by continually providing ideas and strategies that match their goals. You’ll need a thorough grasp of product categories and marketplaces to accomplish so.
  • Because you are solely accountable for your customer, you will not only improve your negotiation and sales abilities, but also your financial and marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical knowledge when putting together the plans.
  • Externally, national important customers, as well as internet merchants, are the emphasis. You will have a better knowledge of the demands of consumers and shoppers. You will participate in price, selection, merchandising, and promotion negotiations. To create business strategies and external discussions, you will work with the whole customer team.
  • You’ll be part of a customer service team where trust, teamwork, winning, and leadership are all important.
  • You’ll offer commercial suggestions for a particular category (e.g.: Laundry with Ariel, Oral Care with Oral B, Hair Care with Head & Shoulders etc.). Your goal will be to increase turnover and sales fundamentals by recommending smart budget, assortment, and promotion options. You’ll be working alongside the brand’s executives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in one of the following fields: marketing, business administration, or any other relevant field.
  • Have a strong external focus and a genuine interest in sales and marketing.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Who are eligible to participate in the Internship Placement process at their campus.
