Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with the upkeep of personnel records and guarantee adherence to HR guidelines and protocols.
- Help with the planning of staff workshops and training sessions.
- Work together on a variety of projects and efforts with the HR staff to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Participate in the creation and execution of HR policies and protocols.
- Offer the HR department general administrative support as required.
