Roles & Responsibilities
- Post job positions, review resumes, and set up interviews to help with the hiring process.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires by organizing orientation sessions and creating orientation materials.
- Help in updating HR databases and keeping track of personnel records.
- Assist in planning and directing events and training sessions.
- Assistance with the development and revision of HR policies and procedures.
- Help with staff engagement surveys and events.
- Offer the HR team general administrative assistance.

Duration
The Policybazaar internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 / month
