Roles & Responsibilities

1. Help with hiring procedures, such as advertising job vacancies, reviewing applications, and setting up interviews.
2. Plan and organize staff development initiatives and training sessions.
3. Ensure data correctness in HRIS systems and keep track of personnel records.
4. Help with the creation of HR policies and procedures and research into best practices.
5. Encourage staff involvement programs, like planning team-building exercises and events.
6. Participate in performance management procedures, such as performing assessments and giving staff members feedback.
7. Create reports for management evaluation by analyzing HR data using Microsoft Excel.
