Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping with the entire hiring process, from finding applicants to setting up interviews.
- Publishing job postings across several channels to draw in top candidates.
- Examining applications and doing preliminary phone interviews to determine the suitability of candidates.
- Arranging interviews and obtaining feedback in coordination with hiring supervisors.
- Maintaining the candidate database and making sure all data is current.
- Helping to plan hiring events and college recruitment campaigns.
