Roles & Responsibilities
· Validating documents provided by the new hires thoroughly.
· Conducting documentation formalities for all the new joiners.
· Orient new joiners to the organization by explaining to them about the Company Policies/History/Hierarchy/Code of Conduct/Ethics etc.
· Addressing the queries of the new joiners as & when required.
· Sharing the batch handover report with the respective LOBs.
· Handing over the files to the backend team, post successful completion of an onboarding day.
· Sharing the welcome circular details with the Employee Engagement Team.

Duration
The Policybazaar internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 18,000 / month
