Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with the hiring process by finding applicants, setting up interviews, and carrying out preliminary screening.
- Assist with orientation, training session coordination, and document preparation to support the onboarding process for new personnel.
- Use Canva and Microsoft Office to help with the design and production of HR-related communications and products.
- Help with MS-Excel data analysis and reporting to offer insights on HR trends and metrics.
- As appropriate, assist the HR team with special projects and other administrative duties.

Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 12,000 / month
