About the Internship
PNB MetLife engages Freshers as Interns for 6 months under the train-hire-deploy approach, and based on their success during the Internships, a full-time employment as an assistant relationship manager at PNB Bancassurance channel is given. Employees are given comprehensive training both online and on the job throughout the Internship. Interns are given a stipend of Rs. 10,000/- throughout their internship, and after absorption as Assistant Relationship Manager, they are granted a fixed salary of Rs. 2,20,000 – 2,40,000 lakhs plus incentives, as well as mobile and local reimbursements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Participating in all training programmes offered over a six-month period
- Managing visits to the allocated branches on a regular basis
- Answering questions and generating leads for life insurance products
- Interacting with walk-in consumers at the branch to determine their needs
- Continuing to work on the premium renewal collecting
- Dealing with ongoing inquiries
- Adherence to the company’s compliance and rules
