Roles & Responsibilities

Understanding product use cases, customer journeys, business applicability, and the impact of each use case requires tight collaboration with business leads.
The ability to engage with solution architects and technical leads, comprehend various technological platforms and their features, produce comprehensive product requirement documents, and oversee future roadmaps and deliveries.
Ensure that judgments are made in a straightforward, technically sound manner.
The capacity to collaborate with top management, cross-functional teams, and numerous stakeholders to persuade them to make choices more quickly, handle unforeseen technical obstacles, and resolve them.
Participate in the development of your team; run edge cases; test products and their features proactively to give feedback early in the cycle; ensure that whole journeys are covered; and ensure that product reporting is in place to measure key performance indicators for the product and its success (data-driven product management).
