Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing the entire employment process for non-IT sales positions and bulk hiring.
- Finding candidates through a variety of employment platforms, including Indeed, Naukri, and Apna.
- Examining resumes and performing preliminary phone interviews to assess the suitability and qualifications of applicants.
- Working with hiring managers to arrange and schedule interviews.
- Keeping the candidate database up to date and maintained.
- Making certain that candidates have a satisfying experience during the hiring process.
- Working together with the HR department to enhance hiring procedures and tactics.
