Roles & Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening:
- Identifying potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals).
- Examining applications and resumes to determine the suitability and qualifications of candidates.
- Performing preliminary phone interviews to assess experience and communication abilities.
Recruitment Coordination:
- Keeping in touch with applicants during the hiring process.
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Overseeing the interview procedure, which includes gathering comments and confirming interviews.
- Keeping up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System regarding the progress of applications and candidate information.
