Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure a quality talent pool, screen and shortlist profiles to match organizational requirements.
- Arrange and plan interviews, making sure that hiring managers and candidates communicate effectively.
- Oversee the gathering and validation of documents for offer closing.
- Communicate with applicants at every stage of the hiring process, offering them updates and encouragement to ensure a satisfying experience.
- Help applicants through the onboarding process to guarantee a smooth transfer into the company

Duration
The OYO Rooms internship will be for a period of 6 months.
