Roles & Responsibilities
- Help in organizing and carrying out the new hire onboarding procedure.
- Assist the HR department in leading new hire orientation workshops.
- Oversee and maintain databases and personnel records.
- Work together with several departments to guarantee a seamless onboarding procedure.
- Respond to questions from recent hires and offer prompt support.
- Help with additional HR-related initiatives and duties as required.
