Roles & Responsibilities
- Determine and target potential corporate and institutional customers for Open Secret’s gift-giving merchandise.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with purchasing divisions, corporate giving managers, and other decision-makers.
- Recognize the gifting preferences, financial limitations, and branding standards of your clients in order to provide solutions that are specifically tailored to their needs.
- Effectively introduce and market Open Secret’s product line, emphasizing its special qualities and advantages to potential customers.
- To obtain new business prospects, prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Work together with internal departments to guarantee efficient order fulfillment and delivery procedures, such as design, production, and logistics.
- To find new business possibilities and keep ahead of the competition, stay current with market dynamics, rival actions, and industry trends.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals, supporting the expansion of the business as a whole.
