Roles & Responsibilities
1. Source relevant candidates using various job boards like IIM jobs, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
2. Manage onboarding & induction processes for new joiners
3. Create employee engagement & LinkedIn content calendars
4. Manage Open Secret’s Linkedin page for employee engagement and other employer branding content

Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
