OnePlus Technology Co., Ltd. is a Chinese consumer electronics company based in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, in the Tairan Building in the Futian District’s Chegong Temple subdistrict. It was launched in December 2013 by Pete Lau and Carl Pei, and it is currently majority-owned by Oppo, which is a subsidiary of BBK Electronics, together with Vivo, Realme, and iQOO. The company is mainly known for developing cellphones, and as of July 2018, it serves 34 nations and territories worldwide.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage numerous strategic projects’ sales activities independently.
- Assist strategic partnership leads with day-to-day operations, such as marketing, sales, finance, and procurement.
- Go to OnePlus’ retail locations and look for functional holes to boost sales throughput.
- Conduct research, analyse data, and devise solutions to fill in holes in current procedures.
- At crucial points, coordinate with internal teams as well as external partners.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Preferably an outgoing individual who is at ease interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A leader with an entrepreneurial attitude and a hands-on approach.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to oversee projects from start to finish.
- Work product that can be demonstrated in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a wide range of teams throughout the organisation
- The company should be headquartered in a major metropolis, such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Pune.
- Willingness to travel inside the city is required (only on select days)
- Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
- Ability to prioritise and manage team requirements while adhering to deadlines in order to consistently produce high-quality results
- The ability to work in a tumultuous situation.

Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, India.
Duration
The OnePlus internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
