Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end support process for an in-house after-sales service CRM tool
- Manage and create detailed bug/issue reports and tickets that are clear and concise
- Aid in troubleshooting product issues, replicating bugs and identifying root causes
- Coordinate the escalation and resolution of high-priority bugs which has a business impact
- Stay flexible with timings especially addressing & resolving the critical defects
- Collect and document all relevant user feedback
- Report updates in a timely manner to users along with expected timelines and action plan
