Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams and execute operations independently across Strategic Projects.
- Curate and follow-up on B2B/Bulk order leads, and see them through to completion.
- Proactively collaborate with internal teams to ensure that initiatives are completed on schedule.
- Conduct impartial competition research throughout our whole product line.
- Conduct research, analyse data, and develop solutions to fill in the gaps in present procedures.
- Weekly/monthly insights on competition, industry, economics, politics, and other topics important to the company should be published.
Requirements
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and vocal.
- It is preferable, but not required, to have prior experience in B2B sales.
- An initiator with a hands-on approach and an inventive mentality.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Detail-oriented and capable of overseeing projects from conception to completion.
- Work product that can be demonstrated in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a number of teams within the company.
- Ability to prioritise and manage team requirements while keeping timeframes in mind in order to consistently provide high-quality results.
- Ability to work in an uncertain environment is a must.
- In a dynamic workplace with quickly shifting objectives, the ability to embrace change and shift gears is essential.
- Someone who is humble and has a good attitude at work; someone who is ready to learn and believes in succeeding as a team.
