Roles & Responsibilities
1. Understand the specifications and features of the OLA EV scooter and resolve customer technical queries
2. Work on the CRM tool
3. Interface with customers to understand the queries and effectively resolve the queries using a decision tree
4. Learn new features and apply them in daily work

The Ola internship will be for a period of 2 months.
