Roles & Responsibilities
1. Participate in the hiring process by arranging interviews, managing vendor relationships, and carrying out preliminary applicant screenings.
2. Assist with employee orientation and onboarding to make sure new personnel have a seamless transition.
3. Updating and maintaining personnel records while guaranteeing their accuracy and privacy
4. Support the planning of personnel training and development initiatives to improve their expertise
