Roles & Responsibilities
You’ll be a key member of the OMI team, which helps businesses and policymakers make better decisions and advance the conversation around shared, connected, and electric mobility in India and throughout the world.
Your scope of work includes –
- Conduct important socioeconomic and policy research on shared, connected, and electric transportation challenges and advancements. Contribute to white papers, policy briefs, reports, blog posts, and opinion editorials on topics such as emerging trends in electric mobility and the sustainable energy sector, as well as decarbonization of the transportation sector and related policies/business models in India, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
- As needed, assist the team with background research on numerous topics as well as other larger initiatives.
- Assist the team in building a solid database for the EV industry.
- Assist the team with any additional day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated outstanding writing and comprehension abilities.
- Strong data analytics abilities, including the ability to work with big data sets.
- Strong analytical research abilities – fluency in English and the ability to convey difficult topics clearly, both orally and in writing.
- Thinker who is well-organized and meticulous.
- Enrolled in or just graduated from a degree programme in Sustainable Urban Mobility, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Renewable Energy, Public Policy, Economics, other Social Sciences, Humanities, or a similar area.
Duration
The Ola Internship is for a period of 6 months.
