Falguni Nayar launched Nykaa, an Indian lifestyle retailer of beauty, wellness, and fashion products, in 2012. The company transitioned from an online-only to an omnichannel model in 2015, and began selling things other than beauty. It retails over 2,000 brands and 200,000 products on its platforms in 2020.
Nykaa offers a variety of ecommerce channels, including websites and mobile apps, as well as 76 physical locations. It is a unicorn startup with a valuation of Rs.85 billion (US$1.2 billion) as of 2020.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Create benchmarking reports for various HR processes and practices
2. Create a statement of procedures for HR processes
3. Help us create automated dashboards
4. Work on interesting HR data and gather insights using various analytics tool
Location
Mumbai / Work from home till situation improves.
Duration
The Nykaa internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 20.000 / month
