Requirements
A. Update and Data Entry:
- Obtain reliable and current real estate-related information by conducting in-depth research.
- Update and maintain website pages using the collected data.
- Verify the correctness, consistency, and completeness of the data
B. Conducting Internet Research:
- Make use of online tools to gather pertinent data
- Use various sources to cross-reference data to ensure correctness.
C. Quality Assurance:
- Verify the accuracy of the data being input by performing quality checks.
- Find and fix any inconsistencies in the data.
D. Effective communication:
- Work with team members to obtain more information
- Communicate verbally and in writing in English
E. Record-keeping:
- Keep the sourced material well-documented and organized
- Publish updates on a regular basis regarding the status and any difficulties encountered

Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree or having recently completed one.
- A keen eye for precision and detail.
- Strong communication abilities and fluency in the English language.
- A fundamental comprehension of Internet research methods and data entry.
- Having experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
