Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and implement pay plans that support business objectives.
- To guarantee competitive compensation practices, conduct market research and analysis/surveys of salary benchmarks.
- Create employee benefits programs together, such as retirement plans, health insurance, and wellness campaigns.
- Examine trends and data related to compensation to give all parties involved information.
- Create and oversee incentive programs, such as LTIs and sales incentives.
- Oversee the yearly cycle of appraisals
- Create and combine the AOP for different companies and the organization in collaboration with HRBPs.
- Promote efficiency through a thorough comprehension of business models and the value chain and aid in the assessment of organizational structures and workforce productivity.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to conduct employment assessments
- Offer direction and assistance to HR leadership and management regarding matters pertaining to employee performance, productivity, pay, and benefits.
- Collaborate with CHRO on unique initiatives
