Roles & Responsibilities
A. Hiring:
- Work with the HR department to determine which campuses are best for internships and full-time hiring.
- Help develop and oversee a campus recruitment schedule, making sure that educational institutions are notified on time.
- Monitor and plan internship lengths, placement procedures, and schedules.
- Help the hiring team find, evaluate, and set up interviews with possible applicants.
- Keep candidate databases up to date and assist in handling application communications.
B. HR functions:
- Encourage the creation and execution of projects aimed at enhancing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Help with organizing onboarding procedures, such as documentation, introductory meetings, and orientation sessions.
- Assist HR in advancing corporate culture by means of employee engagement initiatives like events, employee testimonials, and recognition schemes.
- Help in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal HR events.
- Participate in additional HR-related assignments and projects as required.
