About Namma Yatri
Namma Yatri is a mobility platform and software-as-a-service that helps drivers and riders interact and schedule rides. It is an open network mobility application designed to give commuters access to several modes of transportation. This application offers smooth services to drivers and a frictionless user experience because it is built on the open-source Beckn protocol and the common network standards established by ONDC. The Namma Yatri Booking Feature is available in eight cities and six states: Delhi, Tamil Nadu (Chennai), Kerala (Kochi), West Bengal (Kolkata), Telangana (Hyderabad), and Karnataka (Bangalore, Mysore, and Tumkuru).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Organize orientations for new hires and make sure the onboarding process runs smoothly.
- Serve as a point of contact for questions and concerns from employees, offering advice and assistance with HR-related matters.
- Ensure that all personnel files and HRIS data are kept up to date and private.
- Manage the company’s health insurance and other benefits programs for employees.
- Assist managers with employee evaluations and performance reviews, among other performance management procedures.
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects, such as policy revisions and employee engagement campaigns.
