Roles & Responsibilities
Gain a thorough understanding of the main business drivers, analyze the most important financial data, do value-added analysis, and assist with supply chain, customer service, and financial management.
Create budget modeling by determining run rates and KPIs.
Assistance with creating AOP, quarterly, and monthly cost projections for relevant areas
Analyze business opportunities, take a close look at cost structures, and pinpoint areas where operations can be improved.
Monitoring KPIs and financial data and emphasizing any variations from the projected figures.
Assistance in reviewing and closing month-end figures
Putting together presentations for high management to evaluate
Lead, participate in, and drive standardization and automation projects for process efficiency.
Quickly handle complex ad hoc requests and add pertinent analysis and comments to help decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria
- CA with one to two years of experience, or an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 university with background in finance
- An additional benefit will be previous experience in business-facing roles or the supply chain.
- Show that you are a skilled team manager, have many locations set up, are able to collaborate with colleagues and counterparts, and have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint office tools.
