Roles & Responsibilities
- Responding to walk-in questions and provide customer service for KYC (Know Your Customer) and paperwork maintenance at the branch.
- Conducting customer orientation seminars and providing exceptional customer service.
- Cross-selling internal branch products (no sales to outside parties).
- Taking care of some backend administrative tasks at the branch, notifying current clients on necessary activities, and placing interest collection calls.
- Finding new leads, locating possible customers, and making pertinent product/service pitches.
- Proactively serving and supporting current clients in order to manage and cultivate customer relationships.
Requirements
1. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
2. Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
3. Good convincing and persuasion skills.
4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, etc.).

Stipend: Rs.13,000 – 25,000 / month
