Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with customer service and day-to-day branch gold loan operations
- Assist the branch team in responding to consumer inquiries and addressing problems
- Take part in initiatives related to client acquisition, retention, and lead generation.
- Assist in carrying out marketing and advertising campaigns
- Gain knowledge about and support the upkeep of client connections by offering individualized services
- Manage data input, administrative duties, and branch report preparation.
- Get practical experience with customer relationship management, financial services, and merchandise.
