Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping with customer service and day-to-day branch gold loan operations.
- Assisting the branch team in responding to consumer inquiries and addressing problems.
- Taking part in activities related to client acquisition, retention, and lead generation.
- Assisting in the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to improve branch exposure.
- Gaining knowledge and supporting the upkeep of customer connections through individualized services.
- Taking care of data input, administrative duties, and branch report preparation.
- Getting practical experience in customer relationship management, financial services, and products.

Bangalore, Kolar, Kolar Gold Fields, Ramanagara, Malur, Bangarapet, Chikballapur, Tumkur, Karnataka
Duration
The Muthoot Finance internship will be for a period of 6 months.
