Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with India’s regular compliances
- Help with the management and upkeep of India’s compliance monitoring program
- Help in the management and upkeep of India’s risk management program
- Help ensure that the local personal trading policy is followed.
- Help with creating compliance trainings for staff members and/or board members
- Help with evaluating promotional materials
- Help with certifications
- supplying compliance assistance for regulatory inspections, statutory and compliance audits, etc.
- Help with the creation and dissemination of meeting documents, including minutes, for boards, committees, and shareholders in India
- Maintain statutory documents and registers and help with the preparation and submission of corporate returns to authorities.
- Help with the creation and submission of regulatory reports, if necessary
- Help with the upkeep of legal and regulatory documentation
- Help with additional compliance tasks as needed by the WRR Compliance team, such as regulatory change research.
