Human Resources Internship Program
As a Human Resources intern, you will spend your summer working on significant HR projects and initiatives throughout the Firm, as well as learning about the different HR roles and procedures that exist in a top global investment bank. You’ll be in charge of tasks such as planning a cross-functional career marketing event, creating a handbook for new deployment managers for the India Global Center, and standardising HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all India organisations. Work assignments will be engaging, difficult, and require a significant amount of learning.
Qualifications/Skills/Reqs
- MBA applicants majoring in Human Resources who will graduate in Spring 2023.
- Candidates should be able to work between April and June 2022.
- Demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Adaptability and a desire to learn are two qualities that stand out.
- Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Basic HR functions are understood.
The internship will be based out in Mumbai/Bengaluru, India.
