Mokobara is a lifestyle brand that sells luggage, backpacks, totes, travel accessories, and women’s handbags. Some of their products include trolley luggage with features like silent wheels, plug and chargers for phones, and an inbuilt compression system. Mokobara was founded in 2020 by Sangeet Agrawal and Navin Parwal.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Training:
Development and implementation of retail training initiatives, which are essential to retail effectiveness
Training materials: creating both offline and online content
Onboarding of new employees in the store - Performance Analysis:
Tracking and improving the customer experience in retail establishments
Tracking regional retail KPIs
Creation of the retail newsletter for the company every month
Tracking the gathering of customer data in-store

The Mokobara internship will be for a period of 3 months.
