Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with possible merchants by making outbound calls and providing information about our goods and services.
- Respond to questions and complaints from merchants in a helpful and cordial manner.
- Focus on using effective communication to generate and qualify quality sales leads.
- Maintain thorough records of all interactions with merchants, making sure that no information is overlooked.
- To guarantee a prompt resolution, follow up on unsolved merchant issues.
- Give merchants precise product information, prices, and any other data they might require.
