About Milaap
Milaap is India’s largest personal and social purpose crowdfunding website. Our aim is to make it easier for individuals and groups to raise money online for the needs and causes that are important to them, their families, their communities, and the broader community.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will help people through live chat, phone, social media, WhatsApp, and email support channels.
- Examine every campaign on the platform to make sure it complies with Milaap’s terms and conditions and that it is a legitimate fundraiser.
- Examine overseas donations made to the campaign.
- Complete verification duties for campaigns that are active on the platform, and assess the situation or look into the source to validate trust.
- Seek to be the most satisfied client by recognizing and resolving problems with procedures and difficulties.
- Offering insightful analysis and collaborating with technical and product teams on client feedback and behavior
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the business and the product, then endeavor to enhance the client experience.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of full-time work experience, ideally in operations, customer-facing positions, or any other customer-focused role
- Outstanding communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, and/or English, both written and spoken. Hindi reading and writing proficiency is advantageous.
- Capacity to communicate with several parties in order to complete the task
- Someone with good attention to detail: You need to be able to precisely and minutely observe details.
- Ready to work in morning/afternoon shifts
- Applicant must preferably be a graduate or post graduate
- Excellent phone manners and active listening abilities.
- Capacity to successfully prioritize, multitask, and manage time.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to accurately and Effectively explain complex transactional concerns to both internal and external clients.

The internship will be for a period of 3 months.
