Requirements
- Currently pursuing MBA degree with at least one semester/quarter remaining after internship.
- It is advantageous to have two to four years of relevant program management experience in a technology or product company.
- Capacity to exhibit comprehension of computer science principles that impact code execution and user experience.
- It is desirable if you have some expertise developing software or technology for clients outside of the classroom.
- Demonstrated proficiency with feature design, definition, and viability.
- Knowledge of overseeing intricate project schedules and fostering intergroup cooperation.
- Proven aptitude for projecting development time and pertinent delivery problems.
- A strong desire to foster a collaborative and open team culture, as well as strong writing and vocal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and engage in negotiations.
