Roles & Responsibilities
- Under supervision, identifies and flags product flaws or indications, product misuse, or customer issues using engineering tools, customer telemetry, and/or direct customer input. Tracks customer incidents with assistance and direction, engages customers and partners to comprehend the problem, updates them on ongoing cases, and updates consumers on progress and future steps.
- Offers customers advice on setting up setups and implementing solutions on the Microsoft platform with the assistance of managers. Helps respond to inquiries and concerns from customers and report problems pertaining to new deployments.
- To find out how consumers and partners utilize the product, get feedback from them under the direction of management. Assists team members in locating metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), misconfigurations, and feature and knowledge gaps in the existing product. Helps team members put the team’s solutions into automated form.
- Assists in elevating certain client concerns to the proper teams for resolution. Under monitoring, communication advances and maintains stakeholder alignment about escalations.
- Collaborates with clients under supervision to get feedback on their Microsoft solution experiences. Finds and monitors gaps in product constraints and customer scenarios.
- To assess and unblock customer problems and issues, collaborate with other teams (such as program managers, software engineers, product, and customer service support [CSS] teams) under some supervision.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field
- Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship
- React/Angular/.NET|JAVA/Andorid/IOS SWIFT.
- Good communication Skills
