Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work together with the design lead to provide visual assets for print and digital media, including as presentations, promotional brochures, and social media graphics.
2. Assistance in keeping the brand consistent throughout all visual content and making sure that designs adhere to the company’s visual identity and standards
3. Engage in brainstorming sessions by offering original concepts and imaginative answers to design problems.
4. To add new viewpoints and improve the team’s productivity, stay current on the newest design trends, tools, and methodologies.
5. Create hygienic, expert designs that follow brand specifications.
6. Utilize Gen AI and emerging design trends to maximize designs.

Requirements

• Pursuing or having just finished a degree or diploma in visual arts, graphic design, or a similar discipline
• A collection of projects and design styles (academic or personal). knowledge of the foundations of design, such as composition, color theory, layout, and typography
• The capacity to collaborate well with others and take constructive criticism into consideration
• Time management abilities to manage several projects and adhere to deadlines in a changing setting
• Knowledge of social media trends
• An additional benefit is having experience incorporating AI technologies into the design process.
